    Electric toothbrush case

    This scheme adopts pl51t / a003 chip, which integrates 16kb flash, 256byte true EEPROM, 11bit ADC, 3-way DBW and other rich resources; The scheme integrates wireless coil inductive charging, overshoot protection, over discharge protection and LED power indication function; PWM drive integrates DBW dead band protection function to effectively protect the driving MOS;

    1、 Scheme performance characteristics:

    1. The main control chip pl51t / a003 has rich resources and high integration;

    2. 11bit ADC module integrates battery charge and discharge protection and complete power indication function;

    3. Superior DBW drive module, MOS drive dead time can be set;

    4. There are many IO resources, which can flexibly configure adaptive applications;

    5. 16kb flash program space, which can optimize various algorithms.
